Como no he visto referencia ninguna sobre esta noticia en el principal o en el foro os dejo este texto:

Spain is following the lead of Italy and Sweden by adopting an aggressive approach to poker players and their tax affairs with a clampdown underway in the wake of the regulation of online poker in the country.

Last year a number of major online gaming operators were forced to pay back taxes in the country in order to clear the way for their legal entry into the newly legalised market.

Now Tax-News.com is reporting that tax authorities in Spain are accessing both live and online tournament result databases going back to 2010 and checking them against poker players tax returns for the period.

A similar investigation in Italy in 2011 found 4,000 players had made almost $100m which had not been declared to the tax authorities.

Most recently Swedish poker players were contacted by the tax man and asked to provide details of their winnings from sites outside of the European Economic Area.

Online poker is Spain has expanded rapidly since regulation in June 2012.

Una muy mala noticia, menos mal que yo siempre he sido de cash. Me da que no se están limitando solo a ver resultados en hendonmob, sino pidiendoles info a las salas.
