Sobre Stryyke Poker

Hace un tiempo metí 1000$ en esta casa de apuestas/sala de poker alemana porque en teoría tenía un bono de bienvenida de 1000$, con un plazo de 3 meses y a 5x (Ongame). Un chollo, vamos. Pero cuál fue mi decepción cuando me entero (lo ponía en términos y condiciones, aunque fue mi culpa por no leerlas) de que el bono tenía un máximo de devolución del 50% del rake que generaras. O sea, era aproximadamente un 8x. Saqué mi pasta pero me pidieron documento de identidad. Aquí ya me encabroné algo, pero bueno, lo intenté enviar por fax (el fax siempre comunicaba) y al final lo conseguí escaneando y enviando por e-mail la foto. Les envié unos cuantos e-mails que no obtuvieron respuesta pero, al cabo de un par de semanas, todo dejó de importarme cuando vi los 700 y pico euros en mi cuenta.



El motivo del post es que me han enviado hoy un e-mail ofreciéndome un programa VIP de rakeback (o bonos, tampoco lo especifica demasiado) a 8x. Bueno, mi respuesta y su contestación las pongo a continuación. El caso es que me ha resultado algo sospechoso, tanto la oferta "VIP" (no jugué ni 100 manos) como el tono de los e-mails, que no parece el típico tono serio de una casa.



Me he metido en su página y antes de cargarse me ha saltado el antivirus.



Así que no sé, a lo mejor es paranoia provocada por tanto mensaje de hackeo, etc.; pero bueno, como tanto el tono como el contenido de los e-mail me han resultado algo sospechosos lo pongo aquí por si acaso a alguien le ha llegado también el e-mail, que me consta que hay algún forero con cuenta en esta sala.

How could you apologize in advance if you don´t know what was made wrong lol? xD



Well, at first I thought the welcome bonus was a 5x (as it was said in the site), but I didn´t read some point in the terms & conditions, where it limited the bonus up to a 50% rakeback. The bonus was not so good and I was a little bit disappointed it wasn´t adviced in a better way.



Also, the support was really bad to be honest. I sent a lot of e-mails and, tough got my problem resolved, I never got an answer to any of them.



That´s why I stopped playing at Stryyke. And, not delighted, I´d be interested in an unlimited 8x bonus or rakeback.
