¿Pueden los extranjeros o no residentes jugar en las .es?

Con la apertura el martes de las nuevas plataformas .es son muchos los interrogantes que van esclareciéndose poco a poco.

Uno de ellos, el relativo a quién puede jugar en las salas .es, se expresa en el título de la noticia.

A través de un jugador portugués que se ha puesto en contacto con el soporte de PokerStars, la sala responde a este interrogante. Os dejamos con la parte sustancial del correo que le remiten.

Como ciudadano no español o no residente en España puedes crear una cuenta en PokerStars.es aunque no dispongas de un documento de identidad español. De todos modos, es imperativo que te encuentres en España en el momento en el que crees la cuenta.

En el formulario de Dinero Real, asegúrate de seleccionar Ciudadano no español o no residente e introducir tu pasaporte o el número de identificación de tu país en el campo previsto. Por favor, ten en cuenta que también se te pedirá una copia de tu documento de identidad y de una factura de una empresa de servicio público dentro de los siguientes 30 días para poder autentificar tu cuenta y acreditar los balances de tu cuenta (si lo hubiera).

No podrás jugar o retirar efectivo desde tu cuenta hasta que la hayas verificado.

De este modo parece que se confirma que los extranjeros o españoles no residentes al menos pueden jugar en PokerStars.es

As a non Spanish Citizen or Resident you may still create an account at PokerStars.es, even though you do not have a Spanish ID Number. However, it is imperative that you are located in Spain at the time you open the account.

On the Real Money Form, ensure you select “Not Spanish Citizen or Resident” and enter your Passport or country card number in the field provided. Please note you will also be required to provide both a copy of an ID & utility bill within the next 30 days, in order to authenticate your account and have

all your balances (if any) credited.

You cannot play or withdraw money from your account until you have verified it. Verifying it is easy: just take a picture or scan your ID (passport, driving license or identity card) and utility bill, and send these by email to verification@pokerstars.es

Please keep in mind that your Real Money balance will be credited according to the default daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in your account:

- 600 EUR per day

- 1,500 EUR per week

- 3,000 EUR per month

If you have less than 600 EUR in your account you will not be affected by these limits and your entire real money balance will be available on your account as soon as you authenticate it. If your real money balance is greater than 600 EUR then, as soon as it is authenticated, 600 EUR will be immediately credited and the rest will be kept on "hold" and will be released according to the limits.
